You can save by adding maintenance to our hosting packages for $15.00 a month and it includes 1 hour of basic maintenance or $50.00 a month and it includes up to 4 hours of professional maintenance & support.  This includes updating information and adding pages.  All fees for website maintenance are paid in advance, you don’t have to worry about costs.

Deluxe Maintenance Plan

Prices Starting at

$50 – 100 a Month

Deluxe Monthly Maintenance: Includes up to 6 hours ($50.00 a month) or unlimited updates ($100.00 a month) of work.  A CD, flash drive, memory card, or e-mail with text typed as you would have it to appear on your web page or web site must be supplied when making changes or changes can be e-mailed with instructions.  Changes must be typed or there will be an additional fee of $10.00 per 100 words of text.  For customers without a computer, we will type up to 1000 words of text for them each month or scan up to 20 photographs within the package if needed (normally $5.00 per scan).

Note: Monthly Maintenance Prices only apply to those who have their web page/web site designed by us and this price is not included domain name renewals, listing/hosting fees.  First month pay $50 setup fee and first months service fee of $100 for total of $150 first month.

Additional Costs:                                                                                  

For each group of 100 words over the allowed 1000 words to be typed, add $10.00.

You can change each photograph that is originally on web site for FREE or add images as long as they are digital and can be changed within the require time available.  If they require scanning, you must add $5.00 for each photograph to be added to website.

Site Restore Protection

Forget to pay your bill.  We will pay the $150 restore fee if your site is hosted using one of the WordPress Management Systems from MyAffordableWebsite.com.  Note: Site must be restored withing 20 days of cancellation.

Basic Monthly Maintenance Plan

Prices Starting at

$20 a Month

Basic Monthly Maintenance:  Includes updating Theme, updating all widgets on site.  It also includes updates to PHP and WordPress when needed. Price does not include changes to pages, website information, pictures, etc. If you need these changes, see Deluxe Plan.  First month pay $25 setup fee and price for first month for total of $45

Note: This service is $75.00/Hour without maintenance and may be done as needed.

Site Repair:

If site goes down due to lack of maintenance or hack, we charge a minimum of $200.00 to get site up and running.  If you are hosted by myaffordablewebsite.com your site is covered for hacks and malware removal, you can contact our support team for FREE assistance at (480) 624-2500.  (Note: you will need your account # and 4-digit pin)

Note:  Price may change based on special hosting needs and design needs.  These prices are based on your basic information sites.  Shopping carts, databases, flash, etc. may require more work and web space.  These things would of course increase prices.  Maintenance packages can be added to your service within 30 days of initial design.  If you cancel your maintenance, you will not be able to add it to your service later unless you pay full price for the service needed and then add it.
